7/16/2006 Yangtze River - Lexington. Alan, Damon, Jeff, Pam.
Basically the same as the last time there but not much of a crowd so the food was not as fresh and sat longer. We did try a hot Taro cake pudding dish that was tasty. No photos today.

Hot and Sour Soup - good kick to it

Guys thought the Mai Tais were weak but the bartender did come with the bottle of rum and touch them up once.

Chengdu Spicy Dumplings

Didnt get photos of Crab Rangoon, Scallion Pancake, Peking Ravioli, Dan Dan Noodles, Sichuan Cold Noodles.

Cumin Flavored dry beef w/ chili sauce - very interesting flavor

Chicken w/ cashews - hot

Smoky hot shredded chicken w/ Cayenne - nice

Tea smokey flavored duck - good duck but a bit boring

Fresh whole fish with Sichuan chili bean sauce - very good!

General Tso's Chicken

Chicken Pan fried noodles - Decent but not as good as the Cantonese versions

Chengdu Hot pot style beef - This was the spiciest dish we had.

Scallops with black pepper sauce

Tangerine Jumbo shrimp
